Cardi-Yo Sculpt
Cardi-Yo Sculpt is a fusion class designed to incorporate aspects of Cardio, Yoga, and Pilates into a high intensity and highly effective workout. This class utilizes bodyweight, dumbbells and other props to get a full body workout using rotational, linear, isometric, range of motion and compound movement. This results in a workout that not only improves muscular strength and endurance, but works your cardiorespiratory system as well. Benefits include building strength, improving posture and balance, gaining bone density, and boosting metabolism. Throw in some high energy music and you have a fun motivating work out!
CARDI-YO SCULPT CIRCUIT
Circuit style class utilizing weights, props, body weight, and cardio stations, while still employing the mind-body focus of yoga to balance strength training and mobility.
